James Legat – Director

James has been with our firm since 1986 and was appointed as a director in 1993. After completing a Bachelor of Business in 1992 and a Graduate Diploma of Business Law in 1997, both through the University of Southern Queensland, he also completed a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in 2007. James is a Public Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Melanie Wear – Director

Mel has been with our firm since 1994 and was appointed as a director in 2005. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce in 1999 through the University of Southern Queensland, she has also completed a Master of Taxation in 2005 through “ATAX”, the leading taxation school in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales. Mel is a Justice of the Peace (Qualified), Public Accountant, a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Troy Munro – Director

Troy joined our firm in 1999 with previous public practise experience. He has held management responsibility since 2002, and was appointed as a director in 2005. Troy completed a Bachelor of Business through Griffith University, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is currently undertaking a Master of Taxation through the University of New South Wales. Troy is a Public Accountant, a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, a registered tax agent, a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and SMSF Professionals' Association of Australia.
James Marshall - Associate

James has been at the firm since March 2005 and has recently been promoted to the Associate level. He has completed numerous post graduate studies including a Bachelor of Business in 2006; a Graduate Diploma of Advanced Taxation through the University of New South Wales in 2011 and has recently completed a Certificate in Applied Taxation with the Taxation Institute of Australia. James is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and an Associate of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
